2019 Annual Meeting

The RLOA Board of Directors cordially invites you to participate in the Rancho Lomas Owners Association’s Annual Meeting.

Date: Wednesday, September 25, 2019

Time: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Location: Sunset Grill (meeting room) – 1274 Golf Club Road

Refreshments and appetizers will be served, compliments of the Board.

Agenda:

1.      Call to order – Board President

2.      Introduction of the board and HOAMCO representatives – Board President

3.      Review past year’s accomplishments and discuss future focus. – Board President

4.      Annual budget review – HOAMCO Property Management

5.      Nominations and elections to the Board of Directors (vote) – Board President

6.      Other new business – All members

7.      Q/A (as time permits) – All members

8.      Call to Adjourn – Board President

 

Your attention to two administrative issues is requested prior to the meeting:

1. Identifying a Proxy

If you are unable to attend, you may identify a proxy to vote on your behalf. All proxies are effective only for this meeting. Your proxy may be any other member of the RLOA. Alternatively, you may also identify the Board of Directors to vote on your behalf.  To identify a proxy, simply click on the RLOA email link below and send a note indicating your proxy’s name or simply state “the Board of Directors”.  We ask that you submit your proxy by Monday, September 23rd as we must confirm names in advance of the meeting.

2. Board of Directors Nominations

You may nominate yourself or another RLOA member to serve on the Board of Directors. Similar to the proxy procedure, submit the nominee’s name using the RLOA email link noted below. Nominee’s names will be presented at the meeting for a vote.  Nominee’s names may be also submitted from the floor at the meeting.  For security purposes, the Board may respond via email to either your proxy email or nomination email simply to confirm your intentions.

 

Finally, for planning purposes, we would very much appreciate your RSVP email by Monday, September 23rd. While an RSVP is not required to attend, sending an RSVP will help determine how to best set up the meeting site and to ensure we provide an appropriate amount of refreshments.
