Annual Budget

The Rancho Lomas Owner's Association (RLOA) Board of Directors established an annual operating budget. The source of our income is from the RLOA member's dues which are currently $75.00/month for each property within the subdivision. Primary expenses are: landscaping, maintenance (ongoing and replacement items), water utilities, commons area taxes and liability insurance.

Please refer to the documents below showing details of expected average monthly income and average expected monthly expenses. Numbers are also annualized to show expected values for a full year.
