NOTICE OF 2024 INCREASE IN MONTHLY HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION DUES

***IMPORTANT***

INCREASE IN MONTHLY DUES - $75.00 per month as of 1/1/24

Beginning January 1, 2024, Rancho Lomas Owners Association monthly HOA dues will increase to $75.00 per month. 

Dues are owed by the 15th of each month, or a $15.00 late fee will be charged.

Furthermore, as required by the New Mexico Homeowners Association Act, the approved 2024 Budget and Budget Addendum is located below for your reference.
