Paying Assesments in 2026

Dear Rancho Lomas HOA Homeowners,

As we did last year, and to continue reducing HOA costs, we will not be printing or mailing coupon books for 2026. This saves the Association an estimated $500 annually in printing and postage.

We are also pleased to share that the HOA assessment will not be increasing this year. It remains $75.00.

There are several convenient ways to pay your assessment. You may use your financial institution's bill pay service, or choose one of the options below.

1. Pay by Mail

2. Pay Online

Visit www.hoamco.com, then:

• Click the "Make a Payment" tab at the top of the page

• Select "Pay Online" and follow the instructions
