Mailbox Updates

Hello Rancho Lomas Owners Association Members,

We would like to provide you with the latest update to the mailbox situation.

All repairs have been completed and the final phase of updates, installing the gates, has been completed.  With this last phase completed we feel we have addressed the security concerns with the mailboxes.

Please check your email for the gate code (one code works for all 4 gates).  if you didn't receive the code, please contact our property Manager with HOAMCO at (575) 523-1337 or email sbalizan@hoamco.com  or you can email the association at the email address below.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, concerns with our current plans, or ideas on ways we can improve the security of the area.
