As the Holiday Season approaches, the Board and Management would like to send a friendly reminder to help ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone during this festive time of year.

With the increased activity during the holidays, we encourage all residents to take extra precautions to protect their homes and personal property. Please remember to:

• Lock your vehicles and homes when you're not at home.

• Avoid leaving valuable items in your vehicle, even if it's parked in your driveway or garage.

• Track your packages and sign up for delivery notifications via text or email. If possible, pick up your packages as soon as they are delivered to reduce the risk of theft.

Together, we can help prevent thefts and ensure that the holiday season remains joyful and safe for everyone in our community.
