Paying Assesments in 2025

Dear Rancho Lomas HOA Homeowners,

New for 2025, in an effort to reduce costs to the HOA, we will no longer be printing and sending coupon books. This will save the HOA an estimated $500.00 a year in printing and mailing expenses.  We will not be increasing the HOA Assessment this year.  It will remain $75.00.

There are multiple convenient ways to pay your assessments.  You may use your financial institution's bill payers service or you can utilize one of the payment options below.

   To make a payment online, visit www.hoamco.com, then:

   • Select "Pay Online" and follow the instructions.
